This pendant has my FAVORITE name of any chainmaille piece ever - a Maelstrom is a whirlpool, but when spelled with "Maille," as in "chainmaille," it becomes both descriptive and a pun!

A gorgeous pendant made out of colorful anodized aluminum center rings set into a durable stainless steel outer ring. This pendant is lightweight, durable, won't rust or tarnish, and cleans up with soap and water (lotion-free dish soap works best).

Choose your preferred stringing material and length when you place your order: either metal ball chain, 1mm satin cord, or no string at all to wear it on a necklace of your choice. Please note since satin cords do not have clasps, I do not recommend they be ordered smaller than 24" because they need to be able to fit over the wearer's head.

Each piece comes packaged in an attractive silver foil gift box with cleaning instructions on the back. It’s perfect for gift giving!

It’s a good pendant, the colors are vibrant and it’s pretty sturdy. The only thing is it is smaller than I expected (about the size of a quarter) but other than that I love it! First bit of pride merch I’ve ever owned!

the pendant looks great! only real thing of note is that it's probably best to stick to the stainless steel chain. i got the black beads and the black's chipped away towards the clasp area from putting it on.
